The biggest thank you to Celestron for kick starting my journey into the astro world. I made a goal this year to get a telescope and somehow everything has aligned perfectly for it to happen and I couldn't be more grateful.

Great video. Well shot with many views and edited to give us fans a personal glimpse of your life in and away from the studio. Not to be rude or anything but I believe this is not a beginner's telescope well it's morally a real telescope and yes I believe it's good for photography I have a 30070M telescope that was my first beginner's one also it can only see the moon currently my auntie is playing to get me this telescope in your video right now I'm planing to look at Saturn

Get yourself a solor filter.
You actually can’t shoot astro on this, there are no attachments made for this scope to hook to to a dslr but you can use iPhone, that being said I definitely feel it is beginner. The price itself is low for a beginners scope but on the better side of viewing lots of objects and not just the moon.
If you wanted a beginner scope that was bad that only viewed the moon, it would cost around $80. I would never recommend this because it wouldn’t be worth the money
