I want a Xolo so badly. They seem like they’re so devoted to their families. I love their history and the belief that they protect the living and ensure souls’ safe passage through the underworld.
I'm a former Boston Terrier mom (lost my Charlie to cancer in 2019) so that breed always has my heart. Wish they got more attention! They are wonderful.
I lost my boston in 2018... she was 12.5 yrs old, and my heart. they're a wonderful breed. i got a frenchie soon after, and she passed in 2020 tragically. we got two more frenchies, and they're both 2 now. But i WANT another boston. they're really wonderful dogs, although i love my frenchies to pieces.
We use to show and breed occasionally the Boston Terrier and it is such a shame that where we live are classed a Minority breed so often get overlooked in the show ring. A Really Fun breed to own IMO.
I agree. I have had only Boston Terriers for the past 2 1/2 decades and for me there is just no other dog breed. I wish they weren't always "discarded" in dog shows. The Non-Sporting group is usually favored to the poodle. That said, if it cannot be a Boston, I am thrilled that the Frenchie got the nod!
For a relatively unknown dog (I should know, I have someone ask me “what kind of dog is that??” almost every time I take mine out) Schipperkes have been placing or making final cut almost every year.
@@brigittesnelson2354 Ever heard of a "natural bobtail", grumpy? Unless you actually know the dog/breeder, you should never automatically assume it's docked with certain breeds. (Somebody correct me if I am wrong, but doesn't FCI not allow docked tails and cropped ears?)

The dogs are quite used to being handled . If they objected they would resist by pulling their head away. This handling is not abusive, but assertive. These dogs are so much better trained than the average household pet.
It’s awful how they treat some of the dogs especially the poodles like fashion accessories with this horribly shaved coat. Also what does “non sporting“ group even mean? The standard poodle is literally a German hunting breed, they’re highly intelligent and can have a strong prey drive.

I sooo agree! Only one time have I ever seen a Boston place in a major dog show and I've been watching shows for many years. Once, I think it was this same National Show a few years back, a Boston came in 2nd in group - after the Poodle, of course! LOL!
Patsy Carlson You are about a hundred years too late- in the 1800s, for a short time, Boston terriers were amongst the most popular breeds in the USA. As years passed, other breeds eclipsed it in popularity. Frenchies are currently very popular . Tastes change, n’est pas?
Don’t feel bad! They’re quite happy! Just really focused! They’ve been though a lot of training for this and are just really focused at doing their job properly.

They are wonderful dogs. We had two.
I know 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
@EtherSwift Yes beautiful so cute 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
That's a schipperke they're so cute

I totally agree. I lost my Boston (Molly) in 2010 to a brain tumor. I am partial to them as well in this group.
I agree! I’m a Boston terrier mom of three and I love my babies so much. They’re so hilarious and sweet. The best breed ❤

The miniature poodle look awesome especially when it walks/run
The Shiba is absolutely beautiful!!
All are precious, but my personal favorites were the Boston Terrier and the French Bulldog. Congratulations!!! 🐕♥
the schipperke was robbed. she was totally the best
Schips never get enough recognition
couldn't agree more, a little jewel!
It was the prettiest ❤
I met one at the first dog show I went to and have had a soft spot for them ever since.
Grew up with schips and my parents still have one and I gotta say, they are always robbed. Such good little dogs.
This just shows how frenchies really have a mind of their own.... even in a dog show, they're like, I do what i want!!!
The Chow was stunning!
Such a good girl!!!
That dalmation won my heart!
all of these dogs are so adorable
So proud of Whiskey, the Keeshond. He showed beautifully that day!
yes.Routing for Whiskey.
she gave the shiba a little kiss... omg 🥺🥺🥺
They’re all beautiful! I have frenchies of my own but the Boston was gorgeous !!!
All these furbabies are beautiful. I just love dogs in general.❤️
That shiba inu was so cute, i screamed
Been watching since age of 10years old. Now I'm 36. Both come so far.☺️😢😢😢😢

The written standard for each breed.
