I have a question in finance career like equity research, or analyst or any short of equity career. Do employee allow to have his own trading/investment in stock market.
Because i am good in my own trading/investing (running my home from many years). Now for my childrens i have two options make them investor(on individual basis) or should i guide in the field of job in the market(equity).
My reason of asking this question is i am not founding packages attractive even after CFA people are hardly crossing 20Lpa
