Now, I know what you're thinking - bathroom locations and fire exits aren't exactly party talk. But hey, we can make anything fun, right?
Add in some quirky comments about the couple or share a memorable moment to jazz up those necessary announcements. Not only will it showcase your MC skills, but it'll also ensure everyone remembers the important stuff.
2. Have the Wedding MC Script Template Pre-Planned
You don't want to wing it on the big day. Take some time to create an mc script outlining the flow of events and what to say and when. Practice it until you're comfortable, - it'll help you feel confident and keep the day running smoothly if the nerves take hold.

3. Create Fun Introductions for Each Speaker
Weddings are filled with speeches, and not everyone is a natural on stage. So, why not lend them a hand? Gather some fun facts about each speaker and craft introductions that will let the guests know who the person is, and have them warm and laughing ready for the speaker’s entrance.
4. Keep an Eye on Guests and Vendors
Trust me, you don't want the relos to miss any important moments. Keep an eye on the schedule, especially if key players like the couple or special guests need to step away for photos or the bathroom. You don’t want nana to miss the speech, or for the speeches to start only to find the videographer wasn’t ready.
5. Give Yourself a Break in your Wedding MC Script Template
Yep, even MCs need some downtime. Schedule in a moment to kick back, and grab a bite to eat. This is usually with the other vendors, after the guests have been served. Unless you are a friend or family member, then you will be seated with the other guests, and eat when they eat.
