From the very beginning - even before Chloe Bennet joined the cast - the writers had planned that, just like the comics, Skye would eventually be called by her real name, "Daisy Johnson." "Skye" was always more like a nickname for her since she did not know her name and didn't want to go with the name she was given by her foster parents - "Mary Sue Poots." So, even though "Skye" may sound cooler, "Daisy Johnson" is what she's called in the comics and now in the series.
Jaydroid Thank you. People seem to keep ignoring that she gave herself the name Skye because she didn't know who she was. Now that she knows that it's the name her father gave her, and they've made a weird peace, there's no reason not to use Daisy.
Fair play to Bennet for the aforementioned action scene she did last season. Obviously not at the level of something in the Raid films, but it wasn't far off, and very reminiscent of a scene from John Wick.
i would also like to know more about Coulsons past, especially that how he met May and their missions together 8D

So it sounds like she will be going by Daisy and not Skye anymore
