I think it means that everyone has his/her own story of their lives and you shouldn't judge people too soon because you don't always know their story and because they probably feel similar pain too

I agree with SYML that it needs more work and analysis of what he intends to say with the lyrics. I know where he is going to with his musical thought processes but some of the phrases needs to be looked at for purposes of clarity and to reinforce the impact. But this Is a minor quibble with a song that really strikes the right neuronal and emotional note. 💘👍👏
