True! I worked for Temenos for 4+ yrs, which is a grave for your technical skills. Stupid company with stupid policies. 90 days notice period, and a lot of internal politics. Temenos Chennai is the worst, people have been sitting for the last 20 yrs and micromanaging it.
The salary is also less, 6+ LPA is not 50K in hand, and there is a lot of stupid inflation in your CTC. NEVER JOIN or join if you are dumb enough that you can't crack any other company.
