Continuing with the special videos from my trip to Mexico, in today’s video, I’ll run through my whole experience with Aeromexico, focusing on the ups and downs.
The onboard experience, as you have seen in the tripreports and will see in this video, was a very big surprise for good. But unfortunately, their dreadful baggage handling and customer service ruined the great overall experience.

Aeroméxico leased many 737 max 8’s that inicially were supposed to fly to other Airlines like Norwegian or Mongolian Air, sadly Aeroméxico kept their cabins layouts too; thank god they are in the process of refurbishing the cabins of all those maxes to be on par with the rest of the fleet. That’s the reason why.
That makes sense. I’m glad to hear they are in the process of refurbishing them. The other variant looks way nicer. Thanks for the input!

Yes my fav airline. I like the product of the 737 ng. A bit dated but to my taste
I’ve traveled with airlines that gives you nothing more than water for the same price as Aeromexico. Not saying they’re the best airline, but I definitely had a very good experience with them.

Agree, AM has a solid product, except checked baggage.
Baggage handling, at least in my experience, was terrible.
