Enya is the best looking character of all time games that I played. nothing to do with the costume, but aesthetic look and how live of the face is so great! It could have been perfect with localized facial expressions instead of using auto sync technology with multiple languages, I checked Japanese dialogue, but great job Shift-Up for their first title!
There r 3 steps to get to this quest, 1st you have to meet the little robot dude called D1G-g2r, he located on the north side of wasteland, then do his quest. 2nd step when he opened a shop after finished his quest, buy his items to max his affinity, then he will give u another quest to do and do it. 3rd step, do the quest. After completing this final quest from him, he will move to Xion, then suddenly meet Enya and remember that the song sound familiar and he hear from somewhere, that is how u got this secret quest from Enya

You must finish Dig-g2r mission first.. then after that go to tetrapod in xion by fast travel.. suddenly enya and her husbaand waiting for you and tell you about dig-g2r that came to her bar talk about her song in past.. boyla you got mission madame machine to complete enya and su story.. just like in this video

After you completely fix her theres a cutscene at the tetrapod in Xion that will lead you towards this cutscene down the line.
