I like what you said about prioritizing direction over speed. I’m 25 btw, have a lot of big things coming up next year (contract in the army expiring) and it does feel overwhelming being pressured to have an answer to what I’m gonna do next. Really want to just set aside time everyday for some quiet reflection and make sure I do what feels right, not just being hasty and finding an answer right away.
thank you for watching! love your point on reflection and there's a quote that really resonated with me that said, "I thought because I didn't know everything about myself I was doing something wrong, but I found out that's what life is for" :)
Thanks for sharing these candid reflections - really resonated with the playing big and playing small. What helps you overcome the initial barrier/uncertainty and take actions toward your big version?
thanks for tuning in! i read somewhere that uncertainty is the first step towards building your big version, because that means you're placing yourself in the unfamiliar and unknown - and that empty space is where we really grow. so i think the first few steps are a willingness to be in that uncertain empty space and then the grit to trust that all the actions you're taking (even if we fall on our face at times with the learning curve of the unknown) all that will lead you to your big version overtime, because you are challenging and trusting yourself. hope that helps 🫶🏻
