Glad you mentioned them not getting back to you about issues. I WAS going to buy this but am not gonna risk the high chance of them just straight up ignoring general players if they're willing/dumb enough to ignore someone with influence.
Also, that face scan did you dirty and was hands down the biggest laugh a game has given me in a while.
Im baffled they would reach out then ignore you! That's wild.
This game is just a crappy cash grab. They fluffed it up with looks but it’s not an actual functioning game. Their entire page is nothing but people reporting problems, and instead of fixing them, on a fairly new released game, they’ve already started pumping out DLC. Even with the first one free, the fact they’re focusing on that over fixing the game is insane. They probably hoped Drae would bring in some extra cash for them since their reviews are mostly negative, and realized with how many issues he was having, it would just make things worse. So they bailed on him in hopes he wouldn’t show his audience the game is garbage. That’s my best guess.
Seem like the same type of game with that garbage collecting sim, throw out a "full release" then pumping DLCs and finally abandoned it and move on to the next game.
As a publisher of the game we’re outraged that something like this happened. The studio that developed the game has unfortunately been closed not much longer after the release of the game and for this reason Drae probably did not receive an answer. However the developers are constantly developing patches and new content for the game.

Yes they are who they claim and are most likely telling the truth.
They seem to be the publishers of House Flippers, Chernobyl Liquidators and other quite popular games.
i was thinking, you could not know the truth if you heard just a side of the story, now you see this guy with an answer. even we will never know what s going on

Drae the women who look like they're just getting their hair washed are actually getting what's called blow outs basically if you have a lot of curly or wavy hair and want to wear it straight the salon will do it for you. If you notice the ladies have curly hair when they enter and straight (kinda lol) hair when they leave. It's more in depth than just hitting it with a blow dryer though there are hair straighteners and of course product being used. Don't know why they didn't refer to it like that, weird

That mirror is very confusing. Typically with today's hardware it's fine to just have a second "camera" project its viewpoint. They've gone with what looks like a capture of a previous version of their game.
Edit: nevermind, they actually react to the environment. I'm actually curious what method they went with here.. it looks terrible, but it kinda works

The publisher responded. Apparently the dev studio closed shortly after release, but they've got a team working on the game now.

Him understandably telling people to not buy the game because of that is letting potentially millions of people how bad that company is with customer service.
