This is the first style I've been able to tie quickly, especially as a guy with super long hair (to waist) and no experience tying my hair back. Thank you.
Little tip for those who have thick hair: you might not be able to grab all of your hair in one loop so I suggest doing two. It feels very neat and secure when I did two loops. I have been looking for a tutorial for ages! And this is the first one which I was determined to learn because it’s so simple and easy. Love it !
@@shesfrench Tried wearing this bun out yesterday the entire day. I have to say not only is this almost the only bun I could successfully do, this is also so freaking comfortable yet extremely secure. I think I’m gonna have my hair in this bun everyday now, either out or at home. Can’t thank you enough!
@@chrissy7388 Aww that's amazing thank you so much for your feedback!! I'm so happy!! I agree I find it really comfortable, it doesn't give you those headaches that you can get from wearing your hair up!❤
I took a handful of tries but I got it kinda 😅 it definitely helps with just using one hair tie. Note to self using a thick hair tie wasn’t key but luckily I had a thinner hair tie 😮💨 and it was so much easier on first try 😃 thank you so much.
i was looking for a video like this because i want to get my long hair to fit inside of a swim cap 😂 worked like a charm! thank you for including specific instructions on where to put your fingers/hands because that's where i get tripped up!
Actually helped lots, thanks! I dont think I did the right instructions but that's cuz I have z big scrunched, overall, this was quite easy to do on my moms hair!
Im so glad i found your video. This bun is so nice. It worked on my fine thin hair the first time I tried even though my dog interrupted me. Thank you 😊
Omg! Like, It's so fast and like soooo super cute. I like can wait to like to show my friends and family this 6 min. video for such a super cute 13-second bun. I like can't believe how short this video could have been but it was like fully explain so welll.
Aww thank you so much!! It’s so funny I wish my hair was thicker you’re my hair goals haha! 😍Perhaps a looser scrunchie could work for thicker hair so that you can still wrap🤍🤍🤍
i tried a few things and sadly it didn’t work on my hair but i think its the same problem i have with all of them, my hair is layered and medium thick but my hair is straight 🤷♀️ if this works for anyone else im glad! but not for layered hair it seems, any tips from anyone?
Hii! I’m sorry it didn’t work for you☹️ I would recommend adding some product to help your layers stay with the rest of the hair when you do this or even a scrunchie so that there is more gripping the hair as you tie it, it would leave less room for pieces of hair falling down. Hopefully that helps!❤️
@@shesfrench thank you! i just got my haircut and changed it to be one straight cut instead of layers now because i have to put it in a bun so often and will update it soon :)
After literal years of searching, this is the first bun I've found that actually works for my hair. I am in shock. THANK YOU!!!!

Thank you thank you thank you it works!
Aww yay I'm so happy it worked for you!!!
What brand and size of hair tie are you using.
Hiii any “regular” ones should work!!🤍
@@shesfrench do you mean any rubber band for a special types where the hair doesn't get tangled in the in the band
@jgread5716 any regular hair tie will work, I now use silk ones so that it’s more gentle on the hair, even scrunchies will work! 🤍
What brand hair tie r u using?
Hi there this video is a few years old so I can’t remember what I used there but any should work apart from the phone cable style ones!🤍
I love it! Thanks for sharing!
You are so welcome!
Sweet dog.
Thank you for a video :)
Of course! I hope it helped!!❤️

POV: You want to do this but your hair be thick af

So happy it worked🤍🤍🤍
I cant do it. Is it because of my layers or my thick hair? If you know pls reply
NVM I NEED WET HAIR TO DO IT TYSM
Yaaay I’m so glad it worked for you! You could also try a scrunchie to hopefully hold more hair in too!❤️

I had to use google translate so hopefully it’s right, I think it means I like her smile! If so thank you so much💕
Your bun is perfect but unfortunately it is impossible to do it...
Hi there thank you so much, it takes some practice for sure! I found that scrunchies worked really well as well, perhaps that would help🤍
🤘
i can’t do this for the life of me
Keep trying!! It takes a bit of practice🤍

My hair is not long enoughhhhh!
Try to pin any little stray pieces❤️
I had sucessfully made a mess with my ultra long hair
I’m so sorry to hear that it didn’t work for you🥲
There’s no need to be sorry, it’s just that my hair doesn’t support this style :’)
It was pretty hard since my hair is crazy 💀
Aw I’m sorry it might take a few tries! Maybe a longer or thicker hair tie could help!🤍
this is not working on my thick hair, we have same hair length btw.
Maybe try a thicker hair tie or a longer one🤍
For me it doesn’t work:(
I’m so sorry, it might take a little bit of practice🤍
I have way to thick hair
Try a thicker hair tie or a longer one🤍
@@shesfrench I’ve learnt how to do it thanks!!
