A walk and a half that, especially in those conditions. In the wind and the ice you were absolutely right to be as cautious as possible on Striding Edge. St Sunday is a truly delightful place in good weather. Look forward to the next walk.

That was a monster walk, Dave, well done. I've similar views to you on Striding Edge, would only do it in perfect conditions with a guide of two! The snow and ice made it look formidable so hats off to you for doing it. You must be adding something to your tea!! Regards, Ashley

Absolutely class dave what a effort here even dave well done fella looked class and agree the EDGE is not to be messed with in the snow like but as always YESS well done marra loved it

A really good video of a very tough walk. Well done on tackling Striding Edge in winter conditions. Isn't it just typical that when you get towards the end of the walk, the conditions improve. I've done this walk 4 times, and every time I've been absolutely wiped out by the end of it. Good on yer, Dave!

Cheers, aye id definitely wait for better weather, especially for swirral edge as i didn't see a bypass path anywhere and found it tricky to descend.. Weathers been awful, however there have been a few nice days labelled as 'poor' recently ive noticed so sometimes ya just have to gamble
