All this height nonsense is Gen Z. I’m a Gen Xer who has dated my generation and millennials back in the day and all but 1 ex was my height or taller. I’m 5’8”. HD1 is the basic level where most college graduates get into unless you show skills/certifications, such as Testout, CompTia A+ or beyond, then you can skip the first tier and jump to II or III. Call Centers is telecommunications, *VERY* different from IT. Call centers can fall towards B2B (Business-to-Business) and BPO Category. I asked my boss about this and she answered all of what I typed.
