Ahha! Finally your review on the Xpander. Felt surprised on its drivability, right? For such price range, it is so much better than the Toyota Avanza or the Rush or any equivalent price range. Also, the fuel economy is far better than any Toyota group lineup. It's a fantastic little MPV. The boot size is quite surprisingly huge too.
@@AnthonyLoh no doubt on that. But sadly the only thing that is lacking is no turbo engine. I believe nowadays vehicles are more into turbocharged especially to give better torque on lower RPMs. 1.5L engines are so far lacking of decent powers.

Surprised too with its nvh & suspension damping. Doesn't feel like 90k priced car. More like 130k car. But airbags & 105 ps engine stopped me from going its way.
@@pauljaa4719 Let's hope for the facelift to get a better powrertrain and transmission and as well as some Safety feature upgrades. But for sure there will be an increase of the price.

Rush/Aruz is absolute garbage. Nobody in the right mind would pay that much for such car. Really don't waste your time and money on Toyota group cars. The Xpander is a wonderful vehicle and it is actually better for daily driving compared to the Honda BR-V. BR-V cabin is much narrower and thus smaller compared to the Xpander. Go and test drive and have a feel for it. For that price range, its one of the best vehicle you can buy.

Yes, they took the suspension design/technology from the Lancer Evo. I know it because Mitsubishi salesperson in Indon told me that. You can also watch UA-cam video about the Xpander but mostly it will be Indon review.
BRV SUV Xpender MPV. Kalau memang untuk keluarga MPV lebih sesuai. Tegok boss suka mana kereta dari luar dan dalaman and test drive kedua-dua. Xpender lebih modern dan spec lebih baik. BRV lebih popular. Kalau drive I lebih suka BRV sikit daripada Xpender mungkin sebab xpender itu 4AT saja.

Especially when it comes to overtaking and quick acceleration from stand still. If there is an option, I would pick the Volkswagen Touran. It is the only MPV with a turbocharged 1.4L engine. But too bad at the moment the only MPV with slightly better power is from Honda with its BR-V

Yes the chassis and suspension is great. But the autobox is just too dated. And being a MPV it should have more pulling power.

Cabin ambient almost the same. Exora no doubt is bigger inside but Xpander is a bit quieter due to no CVT dronning sound.

Normal drive is ok. But fully load could be a bit challenging. Overall it is about the same as the same segment MPV with 1.5NA engine.
