My admiration has risen to the highest for this man. He is firstly an exceptionally talented artist. I then saw him in various interviews and he came across as really funny and down to earth which I loved. I now know how incredibly brave he is. What a fantastic advocate for Tourettte sufferers.
All my sympathies with Lewis. However management need to take a long hard look at themselves. Are they supporting him? Or are they just saying yes to everything? The ultimate showman Elton John has said in interviews that when he was younger and going through all his crises he was surrounded by ‘yes’ people. He lost his grip on reality. It wasn’t until they were sacked and he got help that things changed. Good luck Lewis - but surround yourself with the right people.

I've sung lead vocals for a handful of gigs and the stress it takes on you, especially in the lead-up to the gig, is astronomic even when you're not famous. The fact that he lost his voice mid-gig must have been too much for him. My heart goes out to him. Kudos to his fans for not being awful about it.

Many neurological diseases are portrayed in films with only one specific characteristic. Not much can be found in specialist books either, because the disease has different symptoms in everyone. I don't have Tourette's Syndrome, but I have a disease that is just as bad. Our intelligence is often underestimated.
As a neuro-divergent person myself (ADHD) this show of love for somebody who is clearly suffering with something he is coming to terms with while going on his day to day life makes me believe we are not doomed after all. Not all disabilities are obvious though his sits in the zone of visible when at heightened emotional levels, so glad it is being talked about and seeing an absolute titan of his genre putting it out there.
