GARLIC PLANTS… Just go to the grocery- buy a bulb of garlic and plant the individual cloves. They will grow into heads of garlic!!

When you plant any type mint be sure to put it in pots. Mint plants planted in the ground will become a ground cover. It takes over everything.
I was going to say something about him planting mint into the garden. Very definitely not a good idea.needs to be potted. Or your gArden will be all mint
I was just coming to say that too. Mint will take over I'd move it out of there or risk have it take over everything and lose his other products. I'd plant it outside of the enclosed area instead and not have the other plants competing.
Your property is looking beautiful Jared. You've done an amazing job. My husband is the one who just got his Prosthetic leg and he's developed a sore from the Prosthetic leg. He is in pain when he wears it. He's been doing like you said and pushing through the pain. I've been keeping the sore bandaged up so it doesn't get worse and it helps cushion it. We really admire what a hard worker you are and your Dad to.

Your queen and king dogs are certainly happy ruling over their own territory. You can add more soil as the plants in garden boxes grow. Especially tomatoes. Take off all but a few leaves then bury deep. That creates a large root mass that will give more tomatoes later. When plants are bigger keep taking off the leaves close to ground so will not get fungus growth on tomato plants. The Queen palms will be majestic when they mature. I am going to come down and see your place one day and shake your parents hands for raising such a good son. Best wishes from this San Antonio grandma.
Excellent job, Jared! We ran crews building houses and some commercial. The saying on the job was if someone doesn't get hurt then you ain't working. We went like that for five years with basically the same crew, and no one got hurt. I remember pouring concrete with my dad he taught me a lot. Remember, those things he is showing you never know when those skills will come in handy. Well done guys.

I love Spring time. The weather's been so nice here in FL. I was out and about reporting porch flowers and hanging up new ferns & spider plants. Filled the bird feeders & hummingbird feeder. Got the last of the fallen tree wood burned in my big ole fireplace I made. Pressure washed the house siding. Spring weather just makes ya wanna be outside😊

Its crazy its that hot in February. I'm glad you are taking your time with the build especially in the heat.. Stay safe and hydrate and rest. The beams are gonna be a big job. Can't wait to see a roof on your house. I also wanted to say it will be interesting to see the cost comparison with a shed to house and you building from the ground. Ill bet it will be cheaper you building bit yourself and way better. Hope your garden grows and trees. The animals love your pond and I laughed when I saw the chicken walking across your house while you and your dad were building. Can't beat that I love it. Always enjoyable watching your videos.

Pond is looking great, the palms add a tropical look to it. Herons can spot goldfish 2 miles away, the bluegills and bream should be fine, they're more camouflaged..lol 😂😅 Love what ya'll are doing 😊

I love the tropical feel of the pond. You should build a palapa structure nearby with hammock hooks for leisure time.
Love the palms...nice addition. If I might suggest...add additional soil on the pond side to help establish strong roots and stabilization of the trees. They look mah-velous!

If you remove the front framing of closet you can build in a few rows of drawers on bottom of closet and hanging rod above. Great space saver. The house is looking GREAT!! Gerard, snap off the lower leaves on your tomato plants, believe it or not it helps the growth. Helps make them bushier.
