There is absolutely no problem if you want to do CS right after 12th without doing B.Com. It is a three step program after 12th - Foundation Programme, Executive or the intermediate Programme, and Professional Programme. You can join the foundation program right after clearing the 12th boards. It is an eight months program and you need to clear it within 3 years of your admission in the program. When you pass out the foundation level and your age is not less than 17 years, you can proceed to the intermediate level. This can be done straight away after graduation and this is why many would prefer to join the CS program after B.Com. The next and the final program are more specialized to let you choose from a range of subjects. There are short-term trainings that you need to undergo at the intermediate level and after the final level. Practical training after completing the professional level examination is very essential as it facilitates in getting an Associate Membership of ICSI. You can do this training in companies that are sponsored by ICSI (Institute Of Company Secretaries Of India) or under the guidance of a practicing company secretary. The completion of the professional level and the final training will get you admitted into the institute as an Associate Company Secretary, after which you can look for jobs. All the very best!

It is better to do CMA rather than CA. Because, it takes less time and you can do the job also while you are studying for examinations.
In CA if you are taking admission through Direct entry route (for graduates only), then you have to complete 9 months of articleship under a practising Chartered Accountant to be eligible for Intermediate examination and complete in total 3 years of articleship to appear in CA final examination. Thus you can appear for CA final examination only three years from now.
In CMA you can appear in Intermediate examinations without doing any practical training. And for appearing in CMA final examination you need to complete only 6 months of practical training. Thus you can appear in CMA final examination two years from now. Moreover, it is not compulsory to do practical training under a CMA only, you can work in any corporate organisation and that would be counted as practical Training. The rate of stipend in CMA is also high as compared to CA articleship training.
