If you watch the behind the scenes making of the music video, towards the end they do a full shot of the girls dancing in their pink outfits and Jiho is in the middle walking forward. If you watch her feet you can see she twisted her ankle really badly (like it bent a full 90 degrees) but she kept going anyway to finish the music video.
