I really like when Ameen is on .He has a ton of knowledge and great stories for days . These are the interviews that makes RX Muscle "THE" best bodybuilding site. Its the ESPN of bodybuilding
That's because you can't Google or wiki and paste these stories.
Yet those who do regurgitate their info talk shit saying these guys are has beens.
Meanwhile this is a gold mine of great info.

Phil who is a NPC competetor was telling me at nationals in Miami you helped him out with his diet since his coach wasn't there.Hope you come up to the gym and see it.I'm not sure if you are still involved with Enhanced Athlete.But itd b cool to see you there.That gym is a great great gym now .Take it easy .Cant wait for part 2

I've met Craig a few times the last time was @ the GNC show of strength in Atlanta around 02 or 03. He was always nice and talkative. Arrogant as they come but always nice and interactive with all the fans. I hated it when i heard what happened but hated it most for that young girl and her family. Another prime example of what drugs will do to a person and others around them. He's payimg the price but could never be punished enough here on earth for the horrible crime he committed against that young girl. God bless her
This was very interesting. The underground of bodybuilding in the 90s when it was at its peak. A whole show can be done about that with all the old guys coming out of the woodwork, they obviously can talk about it now

OMG this is one of the best interviews I’ve ever heard regarding the underworld of bodybuilding. I was following Craig Titus back in his heyday. So this was such a great story to hear. Ameen is such a cool and intelligent man. Thank you for sharing this story. I look forward to hearing more stories from you. Thank you Dave for doing this interview. I partied with you and Greg Kovacs back in 2000 in Vegas. I just met you guys that night and you guys were the coolest and most fun guys to ever the party with. We ended up doing a bunch of club hopping.
So I can relate to you just a little bit In your stories cuz you were close your prime at that time. Both you and Greg were massive. So cool to hear you do interviews today

When an ifbb pro tells you he didnt take something, that means they took it and it wasn't effective or it was stupid dangerous. This is why they all tell you they only did a little bit, they don't want you trying the same shit and hurting yourself trying to look like them.

I actually was on nubain and honestly it did have addictive properties for sure. once your off from what I understood it mimicked withdrawal from heroin . I did experience body aches . It did have addictive properties .

I lived in Santa Monica 94-99 I lived and partied with every major bodybuilding figure and all I can say is they were crazy but good ppl at heart- most of them. My run in w Titus and kelly was insulated bc I was close w Cormier and my bf was a promising up and comer ( ruined by party drugs) Craig was his own worst enemy and kelly changed who she was for him. He destroyed her. I’m glad I got out when I did
