He's right. She's Artemis in this video. The mv director explained that he's inspired by Artemis who's in love with Orion but her twin Apollo tricked her into killing Orion(make sense since Taeyeon is holding a bow and arrow here), then Artemis make Orion as a constellation(probably the small round globes around her at the end).
