Mayur ji i have ordered bug power from u.. My gold fish, zebra danio, tiger barb, roseline barb, mollies and crayfish are loving it but my betta, widow tetra and sarpae tetras are not touching it. I am also crushing the pallets into small pieces to fit into their mouth. What to do? I used to feed them tetra bits complete and gene eleven micro pellets so far....
Do not worry, it takes time, also if all these fish are in the same tank then that is a different issue
What you were feeding is Staroid based and fish take 2-3 days to readjust,
Feed with Life AAYU Nutro Fit Plus and they will accept faster

Sir I made a new aquascape setup using all natural things. I used soil from my own garden and topped it with sand. After few days of setting up i found some black layer in the sand with some thin layer with bubble on the top water surface level. The water was smelly. I did water change for 3 times but still the tank has the same issue. Can you give me some idea to keep my ecosystem tank alive?

Hii uncle meri koi bar bar mar jati hai 12-13 marr gyi 😢 mene har try kiya means (blue medicine,rock salt,anti chlorine,water cleaning every 6 days 1/3,before buying tank cycle kiya,proper care kiya,best quality food diya,light diya,filteration best hai,etc)fir bhi marti hai kya problem hai meri fish ko pls bata do ❤

And use aqarium salt. If not available
Then apply good quality rock.salt
Use heater

Your API products are obsoletely top notch, but most of the time basic things like fish food and conditioners are ‘Out of Stock’ in your official website, usually we buy food and other consumables only while we have least amount left in our last buy or almost near empty, as fishes need it every day, we cannot postpone the time of buying for these basic needs like food and conditioners so it tends us to move to other alternative products available in the market which disrupts the aquarium quality we have maintained from the start of the water cycle by using API products. Even though we may find many dealers on amazon selling your products, it never gives the authenticity or peace of mind we get after buying from official website as we fish keepers do not want to risk our pets for some extra 10, 20rs discounts. Other products from your categories going out of stock is fine, we can wait and buy but when it comes to food and daily consumables pet keepers cannot wait. Hope you address this serious issue. Thank you.
