I love this short program, It told a story and the footwork was beautiful with the timing of jumps. I really enjoy her having fun out there...BRAVO!! The judges underscored her here due to their ignorance of quality. They bias as HELL and I can't wait until they get ride of them. They should be a shame of scoring her so low...This is one of the (REASONS) the Judges are scaring away the Figure skating audience around the world. Ten plus years ago the audience will fill up the arena now the audience cannot relate to what the Judges are doing to the sport. The Judges must be (HI) on some substance. I want our sport back to be an international sport not just favoring a 1/4 of the earth.
This program is FIRE!!! 🔥🔥 Can't wait to see her put some milage on this program throughout the season--her scores will only go up from here. But DEFINITELY underscored. 🙄
As her performance mature as the season goes on, the PCS will definitely get higher and it'd be totally deserved. She's a very expressive skater with great elegance and attention to the choreography. Definitely not gonna say that she's underscored in jumps though.
Change of edge on the lutz, no toe pick, almost three quarters of pre-rotation and forced take off "in the circle", with a massive kick of the free leg, instead of using speed and edges. Same thing on the flip. These two jumps cannot be considered as triples as well as a lutz and a flip. I wonder why the ISU is not addressing these severe problems of wrong technique in the IJS, as they did for under-rotations for instance. They day they will, so many skaters will have to relearn how to jump. But we'll get to see beautiful, geniune, triples. Her coaches should start from scratch with her, cos she is so talented!. Very good choreography and flow.
to be fair, all of the top 6 women in the GPF and at worlds last year also have flutzes, edge issues, pre-rotation, and unstable triple triple combos. Isabeau does have the most precarious jump technique of the top ladies, but overall she's still competitive due to her consistency and lovely presentation/musicality. She has room to grow, certainly, but I don't think she embodies the issues you pointed out to a greater extent than the other top ladies. Everyone has something to work on :)
Michelle Kwan had a flutz and prerotated her jumps, yet she's widely considered as one of the greatest skaters in history. Although I do think jumps should be rewarded/penalized according to ISU guidelines, there's more to skating than just jumps.
@@eeeeeeeeeee2 As long as stricter scoring is applied to all the top skaters consistently, I agree that this could be a good thing! But it's interesting to me how Isabeau is made the face of poor or cheated jump technique when the issue applies across all the top skaters to varying extents. I think fans are too harsh sometimes.
Just curious, is Isabeau's father one of the judges? How else do you score one point more than someone who was flawless and had superior difficulty? Should Amber even bother showing up tonight or is this all pre-decided? Not completing a spin and putting the audience to sleep is what defines a skating star this year I guess. I hope you liked your silent ovation. No matter who you buy, Amber will resonate with us while you are yuna-who, evgenia-who, and trusova-who zoned.
The choreography is quite empty for such an upbeat music. The concept of the costume is great but the execution is kinda a miss. The dark brown looks more like mud on the dress than a snake. Why not just reference the color pallet of Maddison Chock's dress??
I liked her skating here but have a few questions. I was wondering what this program is all about trying to figure out through music and costume. Then I realized that her costume is a design of snake. Yikes ! Color is not pleasing like it's a rattle snake and I still don't get the connections between music and themes / intent of choreography.
OMG, I love this! So fresh for Isabeau. This is awesome!!! Her skating skills just keep getting better. Underscored!!
Fantastic program ,wonderful costume and divine choreography..So well skated 💐💐💐
Great choreography, performed really well. Love it. ❤
I always know that I will love all of Isabeau’s programs. They never miss 🔥
I THINK the 2024 Nebelhorn is tomorrow, 9-19-24! I adore her!
I love this program. I wish she would have kept it.

점프가 이상해도 컨시 하나는 칭찬해주고 싶음
I don’t think her jumps are eye pleasing, but her flow separates her from the rest.
But er jumps HAVE improved. When you look at 2022 junior worlds its a different situation now.
Chiiiiiiill, i mean the jumps are not great but that is a bit of an overreaction.@@eeeeeeeeeee2
@@jakobmax3299 chillllll it was a joke obviously. Her jumping technique though should be prohibited for teaching
@@jakobmax3299wow is her mom came here? Improved? No she’s consistently doing awful, nothing changed
Будущая олимпийская чемпионка. Есть в ней что-то
I've thought this since I first saw her skate, when she was 14..
❤🇺🇸
Makes me want to watch Madison Chock's program again!! 😍 Both are very talented (but Madi is a GOD of performance)

@@zackwilson8701 you just proved his point. All top skaters have edge issues and dont use toe pick, if they were penalized they would have fixed it.

Are you aware that Isabeau’s father passed away? That was a very unkind thing to say. Please put more thought into your comments before you write.
Cringe.
what the hell is wrong wiht you? It costs nothing to be respectful
Oh no, not another one of these "Egyptian" programs...

Aaltho I love almost all her performances I don't like this one. Music is awful, costume not attractive.
We love you more, Madison Chock!
Oh give over. It's not a competition between the two of them.
@@quintupleaxel Who said it was a competition? What is wrong with you? How could a music student from the 50's compete with Mozart?

The snake's body wrapped around her body and its head on her hand are cool stuff. Beautiful costume.
Madison helped her with the choreography! Compliment Isabeau’s program, and you will be complimenting Madison’s work!
