You still need to have a resume. Its like an introduction to yourself. You can put contact details, what you studying, personal projects, club activities, volunteers

Hey, I did this in Australia so Im not exactly sure about the USA. But based on Google, minimum wage is 7.25 per hour (not including tips from customers). You also need to check the state.
