    Yes this is what the Thai people want. Not Fancy new mall or supertall towers. We just need a livable, clean, walkable city.

      @@forretresss Both do comes from different sector. Malls are from Private Sector, Roads and Footpath are Public.
      Malls generate Tax Revenue for Government to improve Public Infrastructure like Sidewalk.
      So exactly we need BOTH.
