    🍰 INGREDIENTS:
    A. Chocolate Mouse Dessert:
    80 grams of Sugar
    450 grams of Fresh Cream
    350 grams of Milk
    50 grams of Cocoa Powder
    130 grams of Dark Chocolate
    10 grams of Agar Powder/White Powder Gelatin
    B. Chocolate Ganache:
    2 grams of Gelatin
    50 grams of Fresh Cream
    100 grams of Dark Chocolate
    🧑‍🍳 How To Recipe:
    1. Mix the Heavy Cream and Milk in a saucepan and bring it to a boil.
    2. In a separate Bowl, put the Sugar and Agar powder. Pour the mixture into the saucepan and stir well.
    3. Take a small amount of the mixture and mix it with cocoa powder. Then add the cocoa powder and dark chocolate to the pan and mix well.
    4. As soon as the mixture boils, turn off the fire.
    5. Spread baking paper on a frame and pass the mixture through a sieve. Before pouring it is better to grind in a blender.
    6. Let the mixture cool at room temperature for 1 hour and then in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
    7. For the ganache, heat the dark chocolate and fresh cream in the microwave for 40 seconds and stir well.
    8. Add the gelatine soaked in cold water to the ganache and mix well. The temperature should be around 35-40 degrees Celsius.
    9. Pour the mousse cake with ganache!

      Hello, yes, you should boil it until the gelatin is fully disolved and all the ingredients are mixed. No, the chocolate glaze no need of freeze, let it sit at temperature room a couple of minutes before adding over the dessert 😊
