The way you captured and presented such an intricate process is second to none. I for one have appreciated each and every second of the videos and the many months taken to put them together. What a fantastic and eductional journey you took us all along. One surprise for me was how much rice is needed. Can you give us some idea of how much rice was used and the resulting volume of 日本酒?

However, when you take into account dilution, 2.38l of sake with 15% ABV is made from 1kg of unpolished rice. Polishing ratio has an effect.
