Baguio City has changed a lot. 50 yrs ago, I used to work in an office, Arvisu building along Session Rd. Beautiful Baguio at that time. All familiar faces. Very clean and safe. Thank you for this video.

But the reality is that many Baguio residents are not happy with their city during weekends due to the traffic congestion brought by entitled tourists bringing their private vehicles to Baguio. My Real Estate Broker has been in heated scuffles with some visitors who indiscriminately park their cars infront of their house, it's not very remote that the scenario happening in Barcelona, Spain could spill over here and tell tourists to go home.
In reality many Baguio residents are not happy with their city during weekends due to the traffic gridlocks brought by entitled tourists coming to Baguio in private vehicles. My Real Estate Broker has been in numerous heated scuffles with some visitors who indiscriminately park their cars infront of his house, many residents often go to nearby provinces even up to Metro Manila and they said they can move freely around. It's not going to be remote about the scenario in Barcelona, Spain could spill over here telling tourists to go home by irate residents.

@@thebaguiochannel As a visitor I'm extremely disappointed for what Baguio has become, you keep inviting tourists but couldn't solve the worsening traffic gridlocks at least here in Metro Manila mobility keeps improving if nothing is done as my Real Estate Broker said that they decided to leave Baguio as he has bought my condominium unit located at the MOA Complex and his family could no longer bear the congestion in the city.
