बिरयानी खाना तो हम सबको बहुत पसंद आता है पर अगर वही होटल वाली बिरयानी घर पे बने वो भी इतने आसान तरीके से तो खाने का मज़ा दुगुना हो जाता है..आज के आप मेरे ऐसे वीडियो में देखेंगे की मैंने चिकेन दम बिरयानी बनाने का बहुत हे सरल तरीका बताया है जिससे आप हर बार परफेक्ट होटल वाली बिरयानी बना सकते है..अगर रेसिपी पसंद आय तो लाइक और शेयर जरूर करे..मुझे ख़ुशी होगी :)

Serving -4
Ingredients:
Chicken -600 gm
Rice -2 cups
Curd/yogurt - 1 cup
Onions -500 gm
Coriander leaves -1/2 cup
Mint leaves -1/2 cup
Mace
Black cardamom
Green cardamom
Cloves
Cinnamon stick
Ghee - 5 tbsp
Shahi biryani masala-3 tbsp
Garam masala powder- 2 tsp
Turmeric powder-1 tsp
Red chilli powder-1 tsp
Saffron
Food Colour
Milk
Salt to taste

Kabitaaa mam! I tried your recipe yesterday and made almost 6 kg chicken dum biryani. 3 kg rice and 2.5 kg chicken. Added all the ingredients suggested by you as per quantity of biryani and kept it on high and low flame for extra 5 + 5 mins as quantity was larger and it turned out so so so awesome. Thank you so much.
