    Another outstanding video my brother, with my pleasure driving you and Ron down to this hot spot. Awesome video. Even though I have a pretty good idea what you're going to show on your next video I'm excited to see it keep up the great work. Gary

      Thanks Gary. That was one of the coolest (yet filthiest) places I've been in a while. Hopefully we can go back before they build the flyover.

      Well if things don't work out next September with the first place we want to go to we can always go back to Stockton and then up to Donner pass

    So much to unpack.. SD59s, B40s and the Hot Z to start.. You have a knack for catching the rarities! And let's not forget about the machine-gun staccato of the double diamonds! I guess the next place eastbound to find those is is Chicago maybe? Didn't know Stockton was a rough town but I guess it makes sense with it declaring bankruptcy a few years back.

      Thanks very much! Tons of neat stuff we saw in only a few hours. It is a shame that Stockton has gotten so bad. One of my friends who was with me said that back in the day, these diamonds were in a very friendly part of town, and the tower opperators would step out pf the tower and come say hi. Now the area is crime ridden and there are homeless everywhere. Still tons of great trains to see, just don't ever go alone without a firearm.

    Why Does A Sd70ACE Have a K5HL Horn

    • @TrainTrackTrav
      @TrainTrackTrav  Рік тому

      Not sure. My guess is that was the only horn at the shops when it needed a new horn. An EMD with a set of GE chimes. Although, for the record, I have seen a GEVO with a K5LLA so I recon just about anything is possible.
