It really is becoming quite the annoyance with Love chucking it into double coverage instead of taking what's underneath, it's programmed into his brain. And another thing I can't quite understand is how he still has issues under throwing deep balls to Watson. Some touchdowns have been taken away because of Love's inability to throw in stride on deep passes, with Watson having to slow down to track the ball while the defender is closing-in then he gets tackled or the ball sails behind him. Love needs to work on throwing in stride, especially on deep balls, ALL OFF SEASON. At least Malik is better at throwing in stride.

I hope Policy takes a long hard look at everything and that includes Gutey. His early round successes have been abysmal to say the least. This franchise could be headed for many losing seasons if not corrected quickly. I'd fire MLF immediately and hire Hafley as head coach. He's proven to me that he has the right stuff with how he has turned the defense around in one yrs time. The players love and respect him and it shows. I trust that he will pick a OC that is qualified for the job. Trade Love and that big contract for whatever you can get cause I guarantee you that you aren't getting a first round pick for him. Everybody sees what I see and his stock is crashing like a ton of bricks. He's not fooling anyone anymore.

The Green Bay Packers staff including the coaching need to draw a hard line with Jordan Love. There might not be other options immediately, but this play from this QB in this game let alone as a conglomerate across the season is a failed recipe. Jordan love does not have the mental vision and perception of the field to make the right decisions. I know I sound like another rube on the internet but, there's no professional elite vision from Jordan love as a quarterback in the NFL. He heaves the ball, he counts on those jump balls, he plays Madden in the NFL for a living and gets paid millions of dollars. This is a sad state for a very very solid team that only lost because of the poor execution at the quarterback position. The wide receivers, the tight ends, the coaching facilitating those offensive past plays, let alone the amazing running game from Jacobs we're all fantastic to go along with that amazing offensive line. By far and away the biggest failure, not even a weakness but just outright failure of this team is that of Jordan Love.
The defense is markedly improved and played a fantastic game against the eagles.
If this staff does not get it right with Jordan love we are in four, I said this before as well, we are in for a very slow and pathetic drawn out death at the QB position with Jordan love. This could take two or three more years of failures from Jordan love before action is taken.
    That is our reality.
Now I understand there's not solutions immediately but if the staff has it right, they will start making those changes and progressing towards that end immediately.

The Packers were minus-4 in turnovers, committed eight penalties for 85 yards (including some frustrating personal fouls), missed a field goal, and lost seven starters during the game-yet they only lost by 12. They were as close as six points in the fourth quarter. Statistically, we were nearly even with the Eagles in time of possession, total yards, and first downs. The defense held Saquon in check, keeping him to around 100 yards until his last run, which broke through a crowded line with the game already out of reach. The fake turnover early on set the tone, but ultimately, this loss falls on the offense. They started flat and couldn’t find their rhythm. Love needs to be under center more often, allowing Jacobs to build momentum, read the holes, and open up play-action opportunities. On a positive note, props to MLF for the tight end sneak-it worked twice! Great call.

The Defense gave us every chance to win, but the offense was horrible. There must be something wrong with JLove, something disconnected. We all admire his calmness and ability to reset quickly, but he doesn't play with urgency until the end or if we're in a bad situation. Also, the play calling (Lefleur) on offense is weak to say the least against the better teams. For sure, many things to fix. We complained of our defense under Barry, and although that's fixed (or so it would seem), everything else has fallen apart. Oh, enough fussing for now... Back to the drawing board... GPG! Brian Gutekunst and other high-level decision-makers in this organization could be questioning the size of the contract they gave Jordan Love and whether Matt LaFleur is the best (not the right) coach for this team. The Packers seem unable to bounce back and respond (inner fortitude and resiliency) after they commit a turnover early on in big games. This organization has a lot of serious questions to answer in the off-season, like the lack of sacks by the defensive line and pressures (except tonight), very questionable play on the part of special teams, the lack of emotional discipline that leads to senseless penalties, and the consistently abysmal play by the offense. After tonight's performance, I doubt Davante Adams will consider returning to Green Bay since the quarterback would need to be able to deliver the ball accurately to him. The defense was the highlight of this game. Congratulations to Jeff Hafley's squad. I'm already looking forward to next season. Go Pack Go.

Josh Jacobs is a legit baller and the play action should have been a no brainer... But they've gone away from it? And even when they do use play action, the D doesn't bite because no one sells it! The line goes immediately into pass pro, Jacobs doesn't act like he's getting the ball, he's looking to block, and Love does a half-ass fake.

I disagree with you. This TEAM was not better then 2023. The defense was better then 2023, the running game on average was better then 2023, but the offence as a whole took a huge step back. A huge part of that is lafluer and love. Why are we throwing hail Marie's, go balls and 20 - 40 yards down field on 3rd or 4th and 2? Like really? What happened to the play action passes and the screen game? The shit that actually worked even as late as last year

By the way, with the right tools, even a high percentage to some degree of the right tools, I really believe like a lot of the country believes Matt Lafleur can coach up a really fantastic team to go well into the playoffs. Jordan love is an inherent weakness that can only be coached up as much as we saw Lafleur do this year. I made several comments about this on Pete's podcast as well as other social media. Lafleur has had to coach around love all year long. In this game, that full extent of that disadvantage, of that inherent flaw in the quality and in the thinking of our players and coaching and staff just glared bright beyond everything else. Love is incapable at the level he needs to be. Which is a top tier, playoff capable, leader, Packer iconic quarterback. He will never be that guy. Everybody else is ready, but the quarterback position in the Green Bay Packers dog must exceed to a much higher level than anything else, is not there. Period.

Jordan missed a few throws one of them bring the first int and the second int was a bad decision. MLF called a pretty decent game outside of that 3rd and 3 towards the end and then love missed the 4th down throw. Heath slipped at the break in the short corner of the redzone otherwise that’s a TD. Inexcusable fumble to start even tho it seemed replay showed clear recovery by Nixon. Once again a handful of key plays away. Love needs to hammer his footwork and progressing through his reads offseason. All else considered I thought he was a big big big part of this loss. Couldn’t make the plays when he needed to. Made some but missed some too. Shoutout Hafley- this defense is gonna be a problem next year if we can get some edge rushers and more talent in the CB room. Attack the offseason. Hard schedule next year but laughing at all the fire MLF and replace Love comments.

I would love your opinion on why Jordan love isn’t running it. Near the end of the 3rd quarter, there was a play where I feel like he has open field in the middle to possibly pick up the 1st down, but decided to try and throw to his RB at the last second who was on the sideline. I’m so confused on why he isn’t using his legs.
