I answered my own question with a little research. Haider- Ali premiere truck artist. Pakistan. The trucks are called jingle trucks They have become part of your culture beginning in the 1920's. I also learned your drivers do not get home for 6 or 7 months. Very inspirational Thanks for the driving insight.

Lol, you spend 20k on pizazzing a truck, but when it comes to mechanical problems, these guys use tons of gasket maker, bore out ball joints, replate old batteries, no one ever skims a cylinder head and block...
