It's great! I think you'll like it. It's a whipped texture once you rub it between your plams like they suggest. I really like it personally because I have thin hair and it doesn't make my hair heavy.

Deva curl does that i had to return my shampoo and conditioner bevause of how dry and frizzy my hair was once i returned them i tried ouidad and such a masaive change!
devacurl has a lawsuit pending against them, their products have been drying out peoples hair causing it to fall out and scalps to itch. check out the latest you tube videos of people reporting their side effects from deva curl.
Have you tried their soufflé? I find that it makes my hair look wet and stiff when it’s dry. I love their cowash and reactivator but the soufflé just makes me look like a wet poodle and I want to make sure I’m using it correctly. I let it melt in my hands like they instruct but nothing seems to work

Then I started working with it in different ways and found the best is to “cocktail” it with another more hydrating cream product. I mix them together and put them on wet hair and let it air dry. I like the effect so much that I am now on my second tub!
I’ve been using the wash and oil in cream for a for weeks now. I like it but don’t love it but I need to keep playing with it and want to buy the balm or gel next.
Felisha Santory I had a ton of Ulta points saved & used them to get the co wash, oil in cream, soufflé and intense treatment serum a few weeks ago. I’m really impressed with the co wash. Most I have used require a deeper condition afterward (and because I’m 2c-3a with some 3b I usually end up liking whipped or foam version better) but I’m good with this co wash alone if need be. I loaded way too much of everything in my hair the first time and it was super sticky. Cut it in half the second time and it was less sticky. Almost got it right the third time. Still playing but less has definitely been more for me when it comes to these products. I need to play with some individually when I have the time.
Felisha Santory It is hard. I know my hair typically loves soufflés and mixes between curl creams & gels. I know how much As I Am Curling Jelly my hair can handle. I’ve been using the Ouidad Moisture Lock (only gel I truly love)/Curl Quincher line for some time, and am used to that routine. Now I have to figure this out. I truly do think I will love it when I do. My hair looked good.
Polly's Shore I actually got the soufflé and been incorporating that into the routine and been getting good results. My hair looks and feels super soft but it doesn’t make my hair as curly as I know it can be. I get better results with rizos curls since I have mostly 3A curls. The curl Smith makes my hair look more 2C with a little 3A.
Felisha Santory Gotcha. Looks good but looser (handy when you want a specific style but not daily). I’ve gotten pretty good results wave & curl wise too, but have not gotten the moisture level or exact amounts right. I’m pretty sure the soufflé caused the sticky feel.
I was sooooo excited to finally try this product line and when I did I was thoroughly disappointed. It left the ugliest residue in my hair. It looked like I had several colonies of lice in my hair. I tried the products with just the line, then individually on their own and with other holy grail products... nothing worked. It was crazy disappointing.
Did you trying using blow dryer with round brush giving smooth silky straight hair look no flat iron? Making a update tutorial! Your blowout video the hair doesn’t looking completely straight at all!
Ken Leung I noticed that every comment you leave on my videos is always telling me to straighten or blow dry my hair. Most of my videos are going to be about curly hair. Maybe I’ll post one about straightening my hair eventually, but it’ll be when I feel up to it.

How long did you let your hair air dry for before diffusing? Will you be doing an updated version of how you style?

Life with DX I only color my hair like 2-3 times a year. And I deep condition my hair once a week
