Dr Mike, Thanks for the videos. Hopefully, you can help me. You're a guy who obviously works out and so am I (probably not as much as you)!
I'm 64 yo and play golf here in Texas. I also walk everyday.
I have this problem where on warm days, golfing or exercise OUT DOORS will cause my blood pressure to crash. Normally, my BP is 130/80 and it crashes to 90/60 and as low as 85/55. I try and stay hydrated both during exercise and the days before exercise.
I've seen an endocrinologists with no help.
There is a mechanism called orthostatic intolerance during heat stress that fits my situation. Golfing involves a lot of bending over which seems to worsen my problem. (light headedness, etc)
Should I be seeing a neurologists to help me with this problem??
