Hello love this recipe. So easy to do. I tried it po using molo wrapper. Kaso everytime after steaming, hindi po dumidikit yung wrapper sa meat. Intact naman po ang meat pero nahuhubad po yung wrapper. Help.
yes po pwede ifreeze, tumatagal po sya up to 3-4 weeks or more sa freezer, depende po sa lalagyan, i suggest po kung maraming lulutuin, i-divide yung magagawang siomai then ilagay sa mga container para po kapag gustong kainin or initin hindi na po mabubuksan yung ibang container, madali po kasing masira kung bukas sara yung container po natin.
Make sure the ingredients are as dry as possible(drain pork from leftover juices, pat dry shrimps ect). Add a few tbsps of cornstarch and a pinch of baking soda. Leave the mixture for a few hours in the fridge. Don't leave any gaps inside the wrapper when filling. I use wrappers which contain eggs

Pwede naman po kahit vegetable oil pwede, yung sesame oil kc may aroma and flavor kaya mas maganda po sana

don't use dumpling wrapper. If you use it, then it will be soggy and easy to tear off.
I would suggest use Bambi or Fat & Thin brands for the wrapper. This usually comes out perfect when I started using either of these brands
