I like loofahs too, but I switched to a silicone body scrubber about a month ago. lasts longer and I won't have to replace it for a year! I might still use loofahs for Bath & Body Works tho.

Quick question the Dr broners soap do you dilute it and if you do how do you do it because it’s very harsh on skin and stripping so how do you dilute your soap to use (love your channel btw just discovered it and this video is very helpful, much love 💗)

it’s not good for your skin in general but there soap smells really good so you could use it but don’t use it all the time because the ingredients aren’t good such a sulfate
