Nevermind, quick Google search finds me that THBRD14 and THBRD15 are C-130J’s belonging to the 41st Airlift Squadron at Dyess AFB

I believe they can be from anywhere in the USAF. The callsigns are for the Thunderbird's equipment transport. The ones that came in to pick up their gear after the CLE airshow were from Louisiana.
