That's Awesome Chickenbone John. One of my favorites 👍 from ZZ Top😎
I always enjoy listening to you play John! The new guitar looks really nice! :)

Another great video John, looking forward to some more ZZ Top
Beautiful guitar! Thanks for sharing the tutorial. Well done! Looking forward to more.
Nice job! Congratulations. Still doing your wonderfull job!
I like the "guitar-like" shaping wood pieces. Convenient to grip the guitar on your knee.
I guess it is kind of randomly asking but does anybody know of a good place to stream new movies online ?
@Cristiano Kelvin I watch on Flixzone. Just search on google for it :)
Wicked video! Played along on my CBJ 3 string! :)
Awesome Chickenbone John. Where do I get one?
Thank's a lot John !!! Excellent and cool lesson !! Don't hesitate to post others :D (by the way the CBG is awesome)
Excellent! Thank you so much!
Wow great tone, makes want a CBG more
Sweet Sound !!!!!! Can you share a bit about what your set up is to get this sound ? Pedals, amp ect….
No pedals, straight into the amp, Roland Cube Street Ex battery powered (the big one)...can't remember the setting.."Crunch" or "Lead"..you just need a bit of drive and some heavy strings.
Awesome build and tutorial thank you!
so great,Thanks for sharing :)
Love your enthusiasm and generosity. I am curious about your choice of scale lengths 25 1/2", 25", 24 3/4" etc and the reasoning. Is it customer driven? Also, have you tried the Lace Matchbook pickup in the bridge position?
I just went from 25 1/2" to 24 3/4" scale to suit the smaller box...but my choice may depend on the size of the box, what length timber I have, or how I feel at the moment of making it. I've not tried the Lace pickup by the bridge yet..I've got a few Lace pickup guitars on the workbench at the moment.
wow, the sound is really good John (y) (y)
Nice video Man. I love your videos. Can you give advice on placement of the bolt nut? I know that the first measurement Must be very accurate. I use a bone nut carved so I know that the fret board is right up against the flat face of the nut but a bolt is round. Any suggestions?? Thanks for your videos as they are inspiring to watch!!
The bolt is centred on the "zero fret" position, i.e. where the face of a conventional bone nut would be.
Good stuff!
WOOOOW Nice beautiful sound . Like electric guitar . So why i buy electric guitar . i will made this 👌🏻👍🏻🎼🔊
