When I found out during that Summer 1985 that The Disney Channel were airing the vintage Wonderful World Of Color/Disney programs every week night at 5:30 PM, I immediately began a subscription with our local cable provider and made an appointment with their technician!
The first episode that first night was "Solomon The Sea Turtle"

I remember some of those movies and they're on Disney plus. But that's the year of 2 movies on Disney plus and they are The Black Cauldron and Return to Oz. But remember, Return to Oz isn't the sequel to The Wizard of Oz.

Really nice, sweet fun filled positive vintage creative programming , somehow this element has gone missing in recent creative content it’s either machine monsters destroying each other, or evil blood gore psycho content or drug driven cartels shoot outs, nobody is paying attention to rest of human emotions of humor, interpersonal relationships drama with depth not the usual fluff surface levels, even suffering brought on by different circumstances, and tragedies, senior age issues solutions out of those, which is one of the most important needs of human life.entertainment can have a mission woven beautifully in narrative wait for my series “ we are Americans too” to inflict
