Makes you realize how much talking is required by TV chefs to make things go smoother.

Quick tip! Focus on what’s being cooked instead of the cook 👍🏽

Hello I am a guy from China.
I saw your oysters in Once Upon a Bite, the name translated into Chinese should be 蟹肉焗生蚝。
I am not so sure about the English name, but I believe it should be JIMMY'S OYSTERS.
My girlfriend wanted to eat this oyster like crazy after watching this show.
But as you know we are in China, unfortunately we cannot eat it, at least for now we can't.
So I was wondering if you could let me know how it was done.
I mean maybe you can keep some business secrets details without telling me, I can understand it completely.
But maybe you can teach me how to cook a less perfect version to satisfy my girlfriend.
Thank you very much and I am sorry for my bed english.

This guy can shuck oysters like a beast. However, brandy cream with shellfish? Also ready cooked spinach cooked for another ten minutes when it should be fresh cooked for ten seconds? If this tastes good, he’s a better chef than Heston Blumenthal.

Loved it till you added Amarretto. Licorice in Pernod is the recipe

Funny all the smart guy haters here. You can do O/R lots of different ways. I dare all the smart guys to post their own video. They won’t.

Seems to be a good recipe, Chef, but the camera work needs improvement.

They may be Oysters Fred, but they ain't Oysters Rockefeller! First, Herb Santa, not spinach provides the green in the sauce. And Pernod, a licorice flavored liqueur, not Amaretto which is an almond flavored (from apricot pits) liqueur. Who knows how many other liberties you took.

Amaretto ? Really ? Its SAMBUCCA NOT A INGREDIENT YOU PUT IN COFFEE. Add smoked bacon bits,
Red bell pepper with the shallots and garlic. You are NOT doing this Oyster dish any favors.

Keep your hands away from your face if you are going to be cooking, please.
