On October 12, 2012, Zach passed away surrounded by the ones he loved and with a smile on his face. I played this song at his viewing because it was always his favorite. RIP Zach. When the doctor told me that I had cancer I felt like I was falling into a bottomless pit. After 3 operations I am cancer free and I feel so blessed. Your diagnosis of cancer is not just yours, it's your whole family and the things that you and your loved ones will now have to endure and hopefully overcome. Each day is an uphill battle but also a success because it's another day.
i am currently fighting cancer. I have been fighting now for over two years and travel over 11 hours every few months to see if it continues to progress. Some days I dont want to keep going yet others I want to fight like hell. I get scared every time I get sick in not knowing if the cancer is getting the best of me. My sister has also had cancer. we have no contact her choice not mine. LIfe is really hard when you are fighting something like cancer and wonder if there will be a cure any time in your life time or not. While their I met my friend. For several months we faught the unknown together. She had already been fighting cancer for a long time when we came to be. She passed away. I remember so dearly the short time I had her in my life. When I went yrs later to Atlantic City to preform after 9/11 I danced on fabric to this song. I had gone through trials of life became a United States Marine and them found my music. We my friend and I danced this song. My Mother passed with cancer, it is a horrible illness. Before we ever got a diagnosis that she had the disease I knew something was wrong. couldn't walk to get mail box. She wasn't fine even though certain family members said she was. But she is in heaven now.

Anyone with enough will to attempt the treatment is among the bravest of people, especially the women who lose their hair. The amount of pain the world puts them through without hair is unbelievable....Hope you are able to keep happy and keep loving her even after she's gone. One way or another, the feeling is there for a reason. My mother listened to this song after losing her hair and all the insults that came with, and it helped her to stay strong enough to see her 40th birthday, and the happiest day of her life because of it. The things that can happen with stuff like this, it really does encourage those struggling to go on fighting until they can't anymore.

She was scared to death. She had blond curly hair and it all fell out with the chemo she was on. This song will always be a song I listen to all alone just thinking of that nasty cancer that took her away. She was to be married that August. My Mother passed with cancer, it is a horrible illness. Before we ever got a diagnosis that she had the disease I knew something was wrong. couldn't walk to get mail box. She wasn't fine even though certain family members said she was. But she is in heaven now.

Makes e=me think of my friend Colt who died on cancer last year September. He was 15. Everytime I hear this song I think of him. To this day, even right now, I cry when I think about what happened and how I wish i could've ended like this. Rest in peace Colt, we'll always remember you!!

i love this song it reminds me of my great grandma cause she had breast cancer and she died from so this song makes me think of her and it makes me cry because of it i was reall close to her when she was alive shes been gone for awhile but i still miss her all the time

I lost my mom to cancer this year, and many years before we knew she was sick, we would listen to this song and cry and we both loved it, when my mom was diagnosed a second time and the chemo was more intense this time she lost all of her hair, and this song reminds me of her so much. +Bri Swifty Cancer is by far the worst thing I've ever witnessed happen to someone. Anyone with enough will to attempt the treatment is among the bravest of people, especially the women who lose their hair. The amount of pain the world puts them through without hair is unbelievable....Hope you are able to keep happy and keep loving her even after she's gone. One way or another, the feeling is there for a reason. My mother listened to this song after losing her hair and all the insults that came with, and it helped her to stay strong enough to see her 40th birthday, and the happiest day of her life because of it. The things that can happen with stuff like this, it really does encourage those struggling to go on fighting until they can't anymore.

this reminds me of my favorite uncle the doctors found cancer in his rib cage by his heart and they thought they cut it all out but it seems they missed some and now hes in the hospital again and were all praying for him to get better soon.

I lost my little Sister on Nov 27 2005 right when this song came out. I remember sitting at the hospital watching her fight. She was 21 she was diagnosed in September of 2005. She was scared to death. She had blond curly hair and it all fell out with the chemo she was on. This song will always be a song I listen to all alone just thinking of that nasty cancer that took her away. She was to be married that August. She was not scared when she asked to be taken off the machines because her organs were shutting down. She is the strongest person I have ever known!
