I know that the epic games bug has been fixed, but for anyone who wishes to play on a different platform (or on multiple platforms) you can merge your account which will move all your skins, champions unlocked, and gold/crystals onto 1 account. I'm not sure if it includes levels but it's just something you can do instead of having to create a new account with no skins etc.
