My HoneyDew this week is Chris Duffin! Chris Highlights Lowlights about growing up homeless in the woods of the Pacific Northwest! The shit this dude has seen! We talk everything from murder, exposing a child sex ring that involved prominent figures in the police department, and raising his two sisters on his own. Chris not only has incredible inner strength, his physical strength is record setting! Chris is the only person on earth to squat and deadlift 1000+ lbs. for multiple repetitions and holds the Guinness Record for that feat!

Holy shit, never expected to see one of the best powerlifters in history on the Honeydew! If you aren't familiar with powerlifting, go watch this guy deadlift 675 for 20 reps. That kind of strength is unimaginable for even the most elite athletes on the planet.

As a Children's Social Worker, when he explains the part about him being taken away without emotion, its a symptom of trauma. A very common symptom.
And back then, the human traficking was very common unfortunately. Im glad to see hes doing great now.

You may have been poor for our standards of living.but there's still tons of ppl in 3rd world countries with no food or water living in handmade shelters. there's always someone else that has it way harder then we do.and it make u appreciate things bc I've had stints being homeless and it sucks

Dude, Chris is on such a different level of living. I followed him (and continue to do so) for the last say 3 years? Never heard a thing about his past, I was concentrated on his teaching approach and what it took to be absolutely strong. With everything said on here, I have such a different perspective of him and what he does, what a gentle soul and moving human being, you sir have a life time fan here.
