I'm excited for the spring cleaning challenge! I definitely need it. Windows/ windowsills, wiping down walls, baseboards are things off the top of my head that I know need done. I usually do a maintenance clean in the evening or right after work if I get off early. We have 3 dogs so I have to do a quick vacum almost daily. My husband is a firefighter and works 24hr shifts, so the evenings he isn't home I tend to get more done.Then my day off is Wednesday, so I try to do my sweeping/ mopping/ laundry on that day. Our youngest son is in sports so our weekends are almost always busy!
Hey Amy! I've been watching your channel for a while! I have a 10yr old, a 10month old & im due in 2 weeks with another baby! I'm a stay at home mom so my days are very packed with cleaning & taking care of kids. I try not to do stuff at night so that I get sleep. I love watching your videos during the day when I'm cleaning the kitchen or tidying around the house or even just doing laundry!
Laundry & dishes as soon as kids head to school. Groceries/other errands afterwards. Dinner prep right before kids get out of school.
Love watching these while I clean and work. I have to say I am not a night owl or early bird. I am a permanently exhausted pigeon... I am at the end of my pregnancy with my second son and I can feel it! I am so ready for spring cleaning! Need to clean up my flower beds and deck outside, as well as throwing out things from our laundry/storage room.

Washing curtains and windows is top on my list for spring cleaning. Decluttering my basement storage. Deep cleaning my master including taking the rug out and scrubbing it. I know spring cleaning is usually indoors but I really need to clean up the flower bed in front of my front porch.

Daytime cleaning is definitely a necessity when the kids are out if possible. I left corporate America last summer after 10+ years so I could return to college and finish my degree. With my school schedule, three days a week I get home 2-3 hours before the kids get out of school and I use that to either get caught up with regular cleaning/laundry or a little bit of extra study time depending on what the demand is for that present week. Actively trying to clean up the kitchen after meals (for the 5 of us in our family) is a big deal for me and going to bed seeing a clean kitchen absolutely makes my next day so much better. Waking up to a dirty kitchen just sets me in a off mood. Keep the awesome videos coming! I love watching them. :)

Hi Amy, I've been watching your videos for about 2 years now. Not sure if I've commented before, I'm from the UK. My kids are 6 and 8 years old, so like you I have to get most of my cleaning done through day as when the kids are home from school, it gets pretty busy! Xx

Just finished my dishes while watching - thanks for the great motivation to get the kitchen in order! I also love to see your grocery hauls because we have different grocery stores but we buy a lot of the same things. I clean the kitchen every night, but all my other cleaning gets done during the day. I get up at 4:45 so I can have some quiet prayer time and some strong hot coffee before my 7 kids get up -- I NEED that coffee, lol! Thanks for the great videos, looking forward to the spring cleaning series!

I work from home mostly now and I work my cleaning in on my breaks which is really nice as it frees up my evenings. As far as my sleep schedule, I need a lot of sleep! I go to bed between 8-9 and wake up around 7-8!
I have heard of those sheets. I may invest. If you ever get tired of sweeping around your dust ruffle on your bed, you can put a fitted sheet on your box spring. Viola! Covered and no more ruffle getting caught up in the sweeper. I did it to all of our beds. Love it.

I’m a night owl since I work 3rd shift but I do my cleaning in the morning on my weeks off! If I don’t get up and be productive when I’m off work, I’ll just sit around all day and do nothing! So I have to get started in the mornings to be more productive!
I clean through the day when the kids are at school and then when they are asleep I will clean up the kitchen & load the dishwasher from dinner time x
Just finished my dishes while I am watching you. I am a partial empty nester. My kids are grown , however I do have a significant other and his teenage son living with me. My 'kids" are down every weekend and I have 2 beautiful Grand kids. My grandson is 7 and my grand daughter is 1 1/2. They are pretty good at picking up there toys, but sometimes they aren't lol. I get my cleaning done during the morning with making my bed as soon as I get up. I get up anywhere between 4 and 6 in the mornings. Sleep is not my friend. I have a lot of nights where I just don't sleep. I have certain days for certain cleaning so I don't get overwhelmed or burned out. I like to change things up. Kitchen is cleaned most nights and then again in the mornings after my coffee. I'm like most of the views, I HAVE TO HAVE my coffee in the morning lol Wanted to say also that I absolutely love your videos and love the motivation it gives me.

I am a student and work full time so I typically clean on Saturdays and/or Sundays during the day. If I have to clean during the week it is in the evenings!

We started shopping at Sam's the 1st of the year. We put the date on cleaning supplies so we can see how long does it lasts, and is it worth shopping there. Yes, it is!
I’m living that Fun-employed life so cleaning gets done whenever I get around to it. But most Of that is morning/afternoon. I’m like an 87 year old and want time in the evening to watch my favorite shows, play bingo with my husband on our tablets, and go to bed by 10 pm. LOL
I work from home and don't have any kids, I like taking short breaks during the work day to do some of the day to day cleaning tasks. It's a nice mental break, but still keeps my productivity going. I'll just set a 10-15 min timer here and there and do a small day to day task like loading/unloading the dishwasher, vacuuming the kitchen etc. My boyfriend does about half of the day to day stuff and runs a lot of the errands. Deeper cleaning gets done on weekends

LOVE this video! It's so funny that you made this video because you among some other creators have helped me with knowing how to clean up my house easier and help me figure out how I can do it during the week and not always on the weekends, so thank you so much for helping me with that! I am not a morning person or a night owl. I enjoy my sleep and need a lot of it to feel good in the morning. There are times that I stay up late and get up early if there are things going on those days but that's the only reason I do either of those things. I work full time at an office job so I've always had the mind set that I need to clean up after myself as the day goes on so messes don't get out of control. If I make a mess during the day, I always try to clean up after I am done so I don't have to deal with it later on. That doesn't always work but I do my best with it. I do try and vacuum my carpets & floors once a week especially with having a chocolate lab. I do not mop my floors often which I should but I don't get around to it because of so much high traffic in and out of my house. After dinner (my husband is the cook), I will clean up and wipe everything down and then spend time on the couch with my kids. During the week I have been trying to get certain chores of mine done in the morning after I drop my kids off at school and before I have to leave for work so that's been helping me to relax with my kids in the evenings. I also try and get one load of laundry done a day so I can keep up with it throughout the week. Just this week I decided to clean my bathrooms before I emptied the trash in the bathrooms to go out for trash pick up. I cleaned toilets and wiped them down, wiped down counters and sinks, and did the mirrors and then emptied the trash cans and now don't have to worry about doing any major cleaning this weekend. I'm excited about it! Thanks again for your help with this! :)

I have a 10 year old daughter and a 9 month old son. Single mama and I work full time so my main cleaning tends to get pushed off to Saturday or Sunday. After getting my daughter from after school and picking up my son from the sitter, it's already 7pm when I get home so it's dinner, baths, and bed usually. However, I'll find myself staying up late cleaning up because, I too, hate going to bed with a dirty sink. My cleaning schedule is all over the place 🤣

My daughter & some are grown now. But she played travel softball & he raced an animal go cart. What a time! Soak it all up!

I work 8-5...I've gotten to where I come home at lunch and have a quick lunch then use the rest of my time to tidy up the house. I was washing a load of cloth day but stopped and now I'm trying to get back to doing that. Saturdays are my grocery shopping day and my deep cleaning day.

Early riser for sure! My day starts at 4:00 AM that is my coffee, quiet time with Jesus, I typically cook dinner, clean the kitchen and do laundry daily after work and leave my big task like mopping, dusting and bathrooms for one day over the weekend.

My favorite cleaning product that you have used has been the Clorox toilet wand. That’s a game changer in my house. I started with one but quickly put one in each of my bathrooms.

Hi Amy! Love your channel. A little hack for your air fryer… fill with water to cover bottom add some dawn power wash, turn on for 5-6 mins. It cleans itself and doesn’t hurt the machine

I am lucky enough to be a work from home mom so I do most of my cleaning while all of my men are out of the house during the day. I'd like to see your outdoor cleaning routine for spring. I love planting flowers. There's always the cleaning of flower beds. I redid our shutters last year with clear spray paint. It was a cheap and easy fix for faded shutters.
I clean my fridge often too. It definitely keeps it from getting super dirty. I try and do it every two weeks beforeI get groceries and then do quick wipe downs as needed.

I clean whenever I have the time and energy. But, I will say I can’t go to bed with dishes in the sink or a messy house. I think I get it from my Mom, she was the same way. Dishes are always done, house picked up, things put away. She always said she didn’t want to wake up the next morning feeling like she was already behind, or come home from work to a messy house and have to cook dinner. I’m the same way, I’ll get less sleep to have the satisfaction of a tidy house. 🏡

I just love your videos. I have been thinking alot about spring cleaning. On my list is clean curtains and mini blinds, basement storage area, shampooing carpets, power washing the house, and attempting laundry stripping some pillows and towels. I usually have to clean through out the week after work and on the weekend.

I tried waart grocery pick up once. They made me wait a long time too. I prefer Target pick up. My hubby does most of the grocery shopping. He goes to Aldi, Ruler, or Schnucks (local grocery store in St Louis). I'm a night owl and work nights but I love my sleep! I wash curtains, windowsills track/windows, blinds, baseboards, top cabinets, and light fixtures during spring clean plus declutter but do that thru the year. I want to get the tineco.
Amy, you had another great video. I don’t know if I could clean at night. I’m so tired from doing one or two things in one day. I cleaned the upright freezer and a cabinet in the utility room and that felt great to get it done. Now I know what’s in the freezer and we must use it up.

I watched / listened while cleaning out my daughters closet. I began my pre spring cleaning this month two closets down two to go. Trying to get rid of unused stuff and at some point that will lead into spring cleaning I’m trying to keep it manageable

After watching your last video I decided to add to cleaning my window trackings in my next house deep clean day. You will not believe how dirty they were. I’m a teacher with 3 kiddos at home who have tons of afterschool activities, so I pretty much just do quick clean ups each night…I always make sure to fill my dishwasher and run the load as we go to sleep and then the first thing I do when I get home from work is put away the clean dishes and start loading up again with the new days worth of dirty dishes. Most nights (when needed) I’ll quickly sweep kitchen. I try to do a big clean each weekend on either Sat or Sun depending on what’s going on with family, sometimes I skip it and then try to catch up throughout the following week.
I have a love/hate relationship with cleaning bc I love a clean and organized home, but it’s like as soon as I get everything clean…someone makes it dirty again LOL

I clean some at night but mainly it has to wait till the weekends due to work and sports. Right now I'm a stay at home momma. We are in a very small space right now so I try to get the things done that are more difficult or take longer once my kids get home from school while they're gone for the day. Then everything else that's easier and quick to do while they're home. Most of the time I go grocery shopping after I pick them up from school but I've been trying to do that after I drop them off in the morning so it's a little faster and gives me time to walk around outside of my house for a little bit.

I love using my air fryer for boiled eggs. The whole family love boiled eggs so I put about 10 in the air fryer and put it on 135 degrees for 15 mins and they are perfect every time… Eggs all week lol

Cleaning my baseboards is on my list and reorganizing my cabinets in the bathrooms. Also I normally do my main cleaning during the day and then at night I will usually do a quick pick up of my daughter's playroom and any areas in the house her toys migrated to.

My tasks are switching out our wardrobes, decluttering the kids clothes and getting new bedding. I also had the same issue with my Walmart. So now I shop at BJ's for my snacks. It's just like sam's and Costco.

Hi! I love your videos! We had the same problem with exploding drinks in our fridge. Something that seems to help us is leaving a gap (2 or 3 inches) between the back of the fridge (inside) and the drinks or food items. I hope you have a great week and I look forward to your next video!
