well its depend as you see these repairs was made by an asian expert which mean in asia for ex china is very cheaper and he made it even more cheaper by having only the glass you can buy a glass+LCD already assembled on ebay at a low cost from the genuine and they through non genuine you will not even notice any difference cause they arent that bad they also have the possibility to come from the factory of apple in china even stolen which mean thats why they are dirty cheap the replacement you seeing in the video takes a bit time but a assembled will have everything in it you just take off the 2 small bits under iphone where the charging port is pry the screen with a thin hard paper or plastic but with very thin edges pop it off take the camera the speaker put it on new glass+LCD really its not worth to do the proccess he do i know its look simple to do but i speak from experience the glass is brittle if the difference on the glass + LCD to just a glass is around 20$ so be it cause if you break the screen thats a thin plastic you will end up with a useless glass and will need to buy the whole thing im not sure what you did since its 5 month post hope you repaired it or will repair it ...
i dnt have other word to describe this ...

This is called PRO, but alll those machines are expencive and the repair it self will not be cheap.
You don't need all that machinery, what you need is the glass separator which is around 40 dollars
