Try not to mention about your family, for the companies it might be a red-flag because of additional costs for your relocation & visa. Try to go there yourself, work alone for some time, and then solve this thing with Visa’s for your family. Furthermore, I suggest you considering not only US job market, but also EU’s as Europe really needs SE. All tho, they’re not paying as much as US companies do, but considering living expenses, they’re still paying a good salary!

And i enjoy it very much Though its curious how one day i am stoked and excited to work and code, as i then often code until the nightly hours.
