See you got Tabard at a supermarket in SA, would recommend Peaceful Sleep spray though.😊
Thanks for the advice. Maybe peaceful sleep works better for others, but as South Africans, we've used peaceful sleep and found that tabard works much better for us.
Loved this, looking to take my family over next August so they too can experience the Kruger, may I ask how much you spent more or less on food for the four of you in the Kruger?
Hi, thank you. August will be great for game viewing as it won't be so overgrown and wet. You'll have an amazing time. For the five of us, we never spent more than £100 a day on food, mostly well below that. For less than £100 we would eat 2 full meals at great restaurants in the rest camps and have snacks and stuff in the motorhome during the day. We'd have an amazing three course meal with drinks for about £40 for 5 of us. You can spend much less per day if you mostly make your own meals. Buy some basics at a supermarket before entering the park. Spar and Pnp are comparable to Tesco in the UK and preferred over a Shoprite or Checkers in most areas. The main rest camps shops are well stocked but obviously a bit limited for choice.
