  • Lord Cutler Beckett, was one of the most fleshed out characters I have ever made as a DM. The head of a shadow organization in helping the party in trying to protect the world from the end, the coming void that he has seen many times before. Traveling worlds discovered crossing through realities, and watching each one be horrifically consumed one after the next, watching every new attempt at life, friends, civilizations, potentials, all utterly lost.
    Lyrics:
In the realm of endless skies,
    Where dimensions twist and ties,
Stands Lord Beckett, resolute and bold,
    His Whitestriders, tales untold.
Across the void, they roam and stride,
Through realms where chaos doth abide,
But Beckett leads with steady hand,
Guiding his band through shifting sand.
But shadows deepen, hope wears thin,
    As nightmares whisper, chaos within.
Lord Beckett, master of the tide,
Through worlds and realms, he doth guide.
    Whitestriders, brave and true,
    Facing horrors, old and new.
    Eldritch shadows, they do flee,
As Beckett's will, it sets them free,
But in the dark, a horror stirs,
A cosmic force that nothing deters.
Through countless worlds, they make their flight,
Escaping the jaws of eternal night,
Yet Beckett knows, deep in his core,
That fleeing forever is no more.
The weight of worlds, upon his soul,
As darkness claims, its final toll.
The weight of sorrow in their flight,
As stars above fade into night.
Lord Beckett, guardian of the gate,
    Worlds that destinies delapitate
    Answers they keep and hide
Bound by oaths will they be denied?
In lands consumed by the void's might,
They find a refuge in the night,
But echoes of the worlds they've lost,
Still haunt them at a heavy cost.
The sacrifice weighs on their chest,
In this refuge they may not rest,
For home is lost within the dark,
And sorrow's song sings its mark.
Lord Beckett, guardian of the gate,
    In realms where destinies dictate,
Sacrificing his being, the abyss consumes breathing.
Turning to hate instead of grieving.
