- I created a functioning Tower Defense game in WorldBox! It worked even better than I imagined and I will definitely be doing this again!

Make a tower defense maze
For the melee units; you should put a circle for their room, and add slow speed traits like lame, and broken bone so they can't run around.

I don’t know if it was intended or if you realized it during editing, but the first map you made is literally in the format of Monkey Hills, the default map for Bloons Tower Defense.
Which one there is like 9 if you include bmc or btdb

WorldBox should add a feature to make creatures unable to move. Would make the towers more towery.
I mean, you could try to limit their space to like 1 pixel.
Final Boss Idea! Make a zombie with spores so that if they die they get a final phase also give them a necromancy staff ( might kill the towers ) so they can summon skeletons can and can heal and cause chaos however make him really slow so he doesn’t get to the end too fast.
I've a suggestion.
How about the brain statues as lives? 3-5 lives should be nice, once a zombie crosses all zombies are killed and you lose a statue.

You should do a sequel of this with some pre-testing cause honestly it was a lot of fun and super cool. I also think that the statues should count as lives so if a little guy gets through instead of just erasing them you would destroy one brain statue and then erase

Yeah Tower Defense games always have different Maps including duck Wars with the boat map having you put Ducks inside of boats so that they can attack enemies

Damn dude, consider me subbed, that's super clever. Really opens my eyes to how difficult tower defense games must be to balance all the different interacting parts. Like props to Bloons lol, they have so many different towers and enemy types and yet those games are fairly well balanced.
I think the main difference is that Bloons doesn't really use health until later on and is probably a more casual type of tower defense game, so making all the towers balanced by making them all strong is feasible (I couldn't think of another word). I'm excited for more paragons though.

You could have lives where you pick up any guys that get through and place them in a separate area. Once that area holds 20 baddies you could say game over.

If there is no money system and making towers is just an end of round action, you gotta balance it out somehow, like maybe the ‘archer tower’ needs to be 2/3 archers to match the power of the wizard.
i always make tower defense on my spare time, it was cool and fun to see them shoot at the enemy

Cherry bombs are grenade
Wall-nuts are only full iron armor
Potato mines are landmines
Snow peas are the snow staff
(were not going to use chompers
and not reapeters)
(Only on daytime level)

Make like an underground world, make the whole world mountains, then put like caverns as the only way to travel through, and have big enough openings for like small villages, and make the ground in the village areas like a forest so they can have trees and what not in the big openings for the villages.

For one of the waves you should have made ones with small hp but with coffee and a big beefy slow rhino seeing as you have mods

Nice video! I'd love to see another version of this. If you really wanna go all out, you can test out how much damage the "towers" deal per second and how much would it take to defeat X amount of health in X amount of time. This way, you can more easily balance the game!
Now that this idea is out there, I'm expecting a much more polished version in short order.
so for the archers because they are so bad you should make them upgrade in twos and start from a higher level also you should have some cybercore guys as towers too
The problem with using cybecore dudes would be that they’d kill the humans too, and they couldn’t be upgraded. But maybe if I put them far enough away it would work!

there is another td where you make a village at the tower and put the humans, elves, orcs, or dwarves and theyrun through and you change their speeds with traits and use like necromacer and mages without mods

I did this not too long ago, but I used a lot more traits to have different types of zombie animals.
the superwave reminds me of every kingdom rush vengeance level.
Do like a ep 2 it would be really cool and you would understand more how to make the rounds and troops

You should do this: 1 continent of earth has humans, another has dwarves, and then another has orcs, and then one has elves one is full of zombies and skeletons, and then cold ones
