    Where did you purchase the flour? I can find the super for a decent price but this seems to be elusive.

    Your crust edges/cornicone are so even on this and the New York..how do you do it?

      Lots and lots of practice. It all starts with the way you stretch and launch into the oven. My pizzas always don’t come out this nice.

      I did but for the amount of dough I do it would have not worked. I wanted something big enough so I could make more dough.
