Your crust edges/cornicone are so even on this and the New York..how do you do it?
Lots and lots of practice. It all starts with the way you stretch and launch into the oven. My pizzas always don’t come out this nice.
did u think about getting the famag im5s?
I did but for the amount of dough I do it would have not worked. I wanted something big enough so I could make more dough.
